We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your order total exceeds $50, shipping is free.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@Spainoaa.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make changes after this time.
What if I'm not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on your country and chosen delivery method.
You may also need to go to your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered.

A pre-order item is an item you order before it's available in our inventory. You can cancel your order until it's processed. To cancel your order, you can email us at support@Spainoaa.com.
I ORDERED A PRE-ORDER SET. WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?
We'll ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive the available item before the pre-order, please email us at support@Spainoaa.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days.
Items must be in their original condition, with the return label and hygiene seal still in place. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Spainoaa.com offers a full refund.
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse located in the United States.

We cannot be held responsible for lost items. We recommend using registered mail to return your items and retaining your tracking information.
